This commercial shortcut completely bypasses the curdling stage, strips away vital short-chain fatty acids, destroys the biological structure of the fats, and often leaves behind chemical traces from processing equipment. Our Premium A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee is a testament to the power of traditional, slow food processing and authentic Vedic principles. The journey begins by ethically sourcing A2 milk from grass-fed, free-grazing indigenous Gir cows, strictly avoiding any synthetic growth hormones (oxytocin), antibiotics, or chemical feed additives that compromise the integrity of the dairy.

The milk is naturally boiled in earthen pots and slowly cooled to be cultured into whole curd overnight. This curd is then introduced into our traditional wood-churning assemblies where it undergoes the slow, low-RPM Vedic Bilona method—churning bi-directionally to separate the pure makkhan (butter) from the whey. This fresh butter is then gently melted over controlled fire wood to yield highly stable, aromatic, and granular golden ghee. This minimal, cold-caring heat processing guarantees that delicate heat-sensitive butyric acids, live fat-soluble enzymes, and native conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) remain structurally undamaged, biologically intact, and highly bioavailable from our farm straight to your kitchen.
